Claudia Ruggerini was a beautiful girl who at twenty one decided to throw herself into the partisan struggle. She was removined intil the end of her life which ended in Milan where she was born in 1922.
She lived in very bad conditions that attected people who didn´t lived this way. Everybody should continue helping that people without forgetting them. Claudia was born in ´´Via Padova 36´´ an inmigran street. Her granmother was an abandonned child and her mother was a massagist.
Claudia´s father was beaten up by the fascists in front of the house when she was 12 years old. She saw the beating from the window.
She lived at a time when italy was ruled by a tyranical man called Bento Mussolini. During Mussolini, you couldn´t read certain books,you couldn´t watch certain moves, you couldn´t express your opinion and you couldn´t vote.
Claudia believed in freedom and decided to fight this man with all her strenght, so the joined to a group of partisans to bring down the dictator. She was incredibly brave.
She was delivering newspapers and messages from one secret location to another for almost two years. One day the regime collapsed, the radio announced that Italy was tree to fascism and people flooded on to the streets to celebrate.
