Artist Frida was consireded one of Mexico's greater artists. Frida Khalo was born in Coyoacan Mexico city, Mexico. Frida's father, Wihlmen, was a German photographer who had immigrated to Mexico where he met and married Matilde. She had two older sister, Matilde and Adriana, and her younger sister , Cristina was born the year after Frida.
On 1922 She entered in the National High School because she wanted to study medicine where she met Salvador Novo and Alejandro Gomez Arias (they became best friends) She became an aprentice of fernando fernandez dominguez who trac her to paint.
On the 14th of september of 1925 she suffered an accident in a bus, because of that she had injuries. While she was in the hospital, she because to paint. Her first self-portrait was in 1926.
She got a married wirh Diego Rivera, although they both had lovers so in 1939 they clivored ( Later they got married again)
Frida Kahlo painted 200 paintings, all releated with her lofe expenriences , but as she saw them.

in 1938 at New York city gallery, where she sold about a half of the 25 paintngs she show there, and in Paris a very important are when in 1953 she exhibit alone for first time in Mexico, but her health at that moment was bad, so she arrived by ambulence
